Neil Ward
Neil has worked in C suite roles within Global distributed technology, online and financial services businesses including Microsoft, HBOS, adidas, BT, Skype and Virgin Media. Neil ran his own Consultancy from 2016 focusing on Digital, Crypto and Transformation with clients including The Royal Mint, Omio, Dapper.com
He is an investor across the world mentoring some fantastic young CEOs and Founders at the forefront of technology and social change
This philosophy is based on Neil’s own career coaching experience at the hands of his own Mentor of 20 years RHA who provided compelling development to an aspiring CEO with techniques and credible assessment of his own destiny in business at a key stage in Neil’s career.
Providing mature, sober and stimulating modular learning experience WG now sees Mark and Neil harness this knowledge by designing Ascent courses in order to future proof your own high flyers, aspiring captains of industry and talented C suite leaders who may be at a crossroads themselves.
Mark Gilbert
For over 30 years Mark has helped hi-potential candidates manage their careers. Many of these have gone on to C-Suite roles in global organisations or been part of successful start-ups.
He has also worked with a range of organisations, assisting them to build and grow effective, functioning teams and advised countless businesses on organisational and talent requirements
Mark founded SyBlue in 2000, a boutique Search & Talent advisory firm that has worked across multiple sectors in Europe, Asia & North America. He also co-founded built and sold another international Search & Executive Assessment firm (nbi).
The clients he has advised have been at various stages of evolution including: Start Ups, Post series A, Mature SME, PE, pre & post IPO and established ftse and fortune 500.
Latterly he has also worked in house as the CHRO orchestrating a series of team development programmes and initiating an academy.
He is now dedicated to utilising his experience to build high performing teams and help aspiring leaders achieve their potential.
